Volunteering for our committees is a great way to be involved in
aspects of our club that hold interest and importance to you.
Whether taking a leadership roll by Chairing a committee, or volunteering as time allows for the various needs of a committee, we hope you will join us in our endeavors to create a vibrant and successful club for all!

Membership/Affiliates
This committee is responsible for welcoming new members and serving existing members. They respond to membership/renewal inquires, maintain the database and contact lists, collect membership dues.
Programming
This committee creates, plans, staffs and executes club-sponsored programs including seminars, classes, Pony Pals, Search and Rescue and other related in-house club programs.
Special Events
The Special Events committee will plan, promote and staff club events. These may be club horse shows, guest speakers, organize trail rides, club trips, open houses, club social gatherings. They will also help other committees with planning events like fundraising galas, etc.
Fundraising
This committee is responsible for creating fundraising opportunities including annual galas, tack sales, club horse show, donation and sponsorship opportunities, applying for grants and creating endowments.
Marketing/Media
Marketing and Media maintain the website, create newsletters, flyers, brochures, press releases and respond to media inquiries for print and broadcast.
Trails and Land Acquisition
A major objective for our club, this committee will work together locally to find new opportunities for trail establishment in our regions, including the National Park, state lands and private acreage. They will work towards finding a home for our proposed Club farm. They will work with State organizations aligned with creating and maintaining trails. They will work to secure permissions,
